The experience is absolutely fantastic. Dominic and the team are so empowering. There’s a lot of information that I’ve taken. A lot of knowledge. A lot of what Dominic teaches resonates with me in some ways. I’ve been through property back in the UK. She talks a lot about some of the pitfalls and aspects, and also talks about the law. I was able to associate my experiences with some of the experiences that she was having. That resonated with me, and empowered me more to understand and want to follow this course all the way through. It’s not just about real estate.
It’s about individuals, it’s about persons. It’s about you, and what you can learn and develop. I’d recommend it to everyone. Real estate is only one aspect of this. It has allowed me to develop myself as an individual. I can’t be talking about real estate here, but I’m sitting in there and I’m relating to the things she’s talking about in other aspects of my life, such as my workplace. I’m sitting there going, “I talked to the sales guys, I understand.” Now when I ask them, “Why are you doing dates and deliverables “that I can’t achieve?” I change my focus now. What are your motivations? What are your drivers? How can you work with the customers to get the better sale, to make my job easier? As soon as I get back, I’m going to be picking up the real estate information.
I’m going to be going through all the websites. I’m going to look up all market properties, particularly at this time of year. There could be some great deals out there. I’m gonna go straight into it. I’m excited about the future. I came here not knowing what’s gonna happen. It’s kind of like a rollercoaster. To be honest, I don’t really have a plan about what I’m gonna do when I get back. All I know is I’m gonna do something. I think that’s the great takeaway. It’s an improbable action. I must do something right. Let’s start working, let’s start doing things. Get the ball rolling. Phone up estate agents, look at the websites, get information to get there. Find an area of my interest. Am I gonna be where I’m living now, or do I wanna move somewhere else? A lot of aspects there. I try not to think about it too much, because it may become overwhelming, so I’m gonna go and see where the natural cause of progression takes me. Very excited about it.
