I went from a guy who was outspoken and sometimes arrogant and angry to a guy now who thinks and acts the emotional intelligence is what I find the most impressive of everything really. Anyone can hammer a nail about, but it takes a guy like Paul to teach me what I need to do.
We bought a distressed property, which was a hoarder’s home in Killarney vale, New South Wales. It was an absolute mess. We in eight weeks so far, we’ve stripped it overhold it, painted it, new kitchen flooring. It’ll be ready for the market all going well, the 1st of October. So it’ll be about a 14-week turnaround. And the learnings that I’ve got from that is nothing short of outstanding. The projected profitability, we paid $447,000 for it, with our budget is approximately $70,000. I’m hoping that we don’t go over that, but it’ll be touch and go if we do it doesn’t matter. And I’m hoping for, and I anticipate a sale of between $600,000 and $620,000.
