Event Schedule

Listed below is a high level outline of the event schedule. Please note this may be subject to change based on the needs of the audience.

Day 1: Goal Setting, Tax & Structuring, RP Data, Finding Properties, Motivated Vendors and "The System" - Step by Step

Day 2: Dealing with third Parties & Agents, Area Experts, Finance, Short Sales, Wholesale and Take Overs

Day 3: Conveyancing, Renovations, Negotiation and Exit Strategies Revision

You will also be provided with a half an hour personal coaching session with your own personal coach assigned to you over the weekend.

The event will be held at the Hilton Hotel which is located in the centre of the Sydney CBD.

Note on Sunday evening there will be a cocktail party including drinks and nibbles from 5.00 pm. It will be a chance to connect and mingle, to network and make new friends who can share the journey with you.

What to Bring & Wear

This will be a 3 day immersion event and we recommend you come with an open mind. We will provide you a comprehensive workbook at the event plus pens and notepads. The event does not require a laptop. We encourage people to take notes as we find that using a laptop distracts the delegates alongside you.

The dress is smart casual. Please bring a jacket or something warm to wear as the room temperature can vary.

Terms of Entry

There are a few key conditions in relation to the terms of entry that you agreed to when registering for the event.

They include confirmation that the event gives general advice for educational purposes only and that none of the information presented at the event constitutes specific financial advice; and that recording the event is not allowed.

They include experts from CoreLogic (RP Data) as well as DG Institute's internal team and key associates attending including our Legal team (DGI Lawyers), our Asset Protection team (Master Wealth Control), DGI Finance, DGI Accounting and Open Network Funding.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a paid event so all partners need to purchase a PGP ticket of their own. Please note that to be eligible for the PGP ticket, your partner must have attended a prior Real Estate Rescue workshop.

Due to the intensive nature and content the event is not suitable for young children or babies and entry will be refused as it causes a distraction for other participants and the speakers.

If you are unable to attend the event you have a few choices. It is important to notify us in writing ASAP as your options and associated costs will vary depending on the amount of notice you give us.

You may transfer your enrolment to the same event on a future date (only if available) within 12 months of joining the program. It is important that you notify us in writing by emailing info@dginsitute.com.au prior to the event so that there is no confusion about the timing of the notification. We will be running a Real Estate Rescue Workshop in November 2018 in Sydney.

If we are not notified at least 21 days before the event commences, you will incur a fee of $495. This is because we would have incurred direct costs for the event including catering and training material. The $495 must be paid immediately to enable us to register you for the next workshop.

If you do not attend the event you have booked and paid for without notifying us in writing, your ticket will be deemed to be abandoned by you and you will not be entitled to any Seminar Services, any associated materials, bonuses or gifts, nor any refund of money paid. It is therefore essential to ensure that you email info@dginsitute.com.au as soon as you know so you do not forfeit your ticket.

Platinum Graduate Program tickets are not transferable to another person, however you may transfer your ticket to another event within a 12 month period as long as you let us know in writing 21 days prior to the event.

If you need to arrive a little late, that’s ok – simply check in with one of our registration team on arrival. It is fine to leave early if needed, however, you will be missing out on vital content so we recommend you change your schedule where possible to ensure you can attend the full day and make the most of the event.

As part of the PGP program, front row tables will be reserved for you each day.

It is a one on one session with a Professional RER Elite Mentoring Coach.

The coach will be in touch with you before you arrive to introduce themselves and set up your time for the session. You will need to fill in a Pre Coaching Prep Form and email it back to your coach before the weekend in preparation for your session.

The session will be done in one of the break times over the course of the weekend.

The coach is assigned to you over the weekend to answer all of your questions and for a private half hour one on one session.

No. This event is not recorded. A recent recording of the event is on the online portal. Please note no recording devices of any kind are allowed at this event.

Laptops and other electronic devices are permitted to be brought into the conference for safekeeping, however, we request that you do not use them during the sessions. We can store them for you if necessary but we accept no responsibility for its safety.

An RP Data Professional subscription is not included with your Platinum Graduate Package. However, continuity packages are available for $200 per month, or $1,000 for a 6-month block.
